To attend any of our events, you must acknowledge and provide your express consent to abide by these rules and terms.

• No Outside Food or Drinks — Guests are not allowed to bring any food or beverages from outside.
• No Alcohol — Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited at the event.
• Zero Tolerance for Nuisance — Any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and violators may be removed from the event.
• Food Allergy Notice — Attendees are responsible for checking food ingredients and allergens before consumption. The event organizers are not liable for any allergic reactions.
• Own Risk Policy — By attending this event, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk. Owen Sound Events is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses.
• All Rights Reserved — Owen Sound Events reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals who do not comply with these rules.
• Ticket Requirement — Tickets must be purchased for children aged 5 and above on the event date.
• Photography / Videography — The event may be photographed.
• Email / Promotions — By providing your email ID you give your consent to “Owen Sound Events” to send emails about future events and promotional emails including donation requests. If you want to opt out you must send an email to info@osevents.info to get your email excluded from the list.
